GENERAL DEscriptION

The SGM2260 is a dual, SPDT (single-pole/double-throw), TTL/CMOS compatible analog switch. It operates from a 1.8V to 4.3V single power supply and can pass both USB low-speed and full-speed signals.

The SGM2260 features low on-resistance, low voltage and fast switching times. The high performances make it very suitable for multiple applications, such as portable e, audio and computer peripherals, etc.

Other features include high bandwidth, high off isolation and break-before-make operation.

The SGM2260 is available in Green UT×1.4-10L package. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
