GENERAL DEscriptION
The SGM6516 is a low-power, 8×16 crosspoint switch which is designed to operate from a wide 4.5V to 13.2V power supply.
The SGM6516 features a 7-to-128 line decoder and latch circuits, any one of the 128 switches is controlled by the 7-bit address lines (AX0 - AX3 and AY0 - AY2). The SGM6516 has Independent analog and digital reference supply voltages. The analog signal range is from VDD to VEE, and the VSS is used as the ground reference for digital inputs.
The SGM6516 is available in a Green LQFP-10×10-44L package. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
