GENERAL DEscriptION

The SGM65232 is a high-speed, 32-bit, 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer bus switch. It is designed to prevent through-current between bus B and bus C when switching buses. The SGM65232 features an 11Ω (TYP) on-resistance, which prevents an increased propagation delay or additional ground bounce noise when switching inputs to outputs.

The SGM65232 supports 1.8V CMOS logic compatible for control inputs. The SGM65232 has two pins (EN and S) that provide chip enable control and multiplexer select input control respectively. The device is a good choice for applications where two buses need to be switched.

The SGM65232 is available in a Green LQFP-14×14-100L package. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
